How it works

No shop, no car rack, no hauling.

Most rentals in town make you carry the board to the water. We skip that part.

01

Book your window

Pick a date, start time and how long you want the boards. Two hours minimum.

02

We drop them at the shore

Tell us where you're staying. We set the boards up at the water closest to you on Mirror Lake or Lake Placid, fit your paddle and hand over the vests.

03

Paddle, then leave them

When your time is up, leave the boards where we dropped them. We come back and pick everything up.

The lakes

Two lakes, a few minutes apart.

Mirror Lake sits right in the village. Lake Placid is just north, bigger and wilder. We deliver to both.

Calm, protected water right off Main Street. Great for first-timers, families and early mornings when the surface lives up to the name.

Questions

Before you head out.

Where exactly do you drop off?

At the shoreline closest to where you're staying on Mirror Lake or Lake Placid: your rental's dock or beach, or the nearest public launch. Tell us the address when you book and we'll confirm the spot.

I've never paddleboarded. Is that okay?

Yes. The boards are wide and stable, and we'll give you a quick walkthrough at drop-off. Mirror Lake is especially calm and a great place to learn.

Is there a minimum?

Two hours per rental. Half day, full day and weekend options are below that if you want more time.

How do weekend rentals work?

For rental homes, we drop boards Friday and pick them up Sunday. Send a request with your address and number of boards and we'll reply with a quote.

What if the weather turns?

If there's lightning or high wind in the forecast, we'll reschedule or refund. Lake Placid can get choppy in the afternoon, so mornings are usually the calmest.

What should I bring?

Sunscreen, water, and clothes that can get wet. Sandals or water shoes help on rocky shorelines. The bungee on the nose holds shoes and a phone pouch.
